⭐Device running slowly?

Chromebooks have very little actual storage space.  Downloads might be bogging your system down.  Try deleting downloads to free up space.

Restart Your Device

This will help with a myriad of issues. Closing the lid does not shut it down, it just puts the device to sleep. Make sure you click shut down in the bottom tray at least once a day.

Chromebook Won’t Turn On?

Unplug your charger block and plug it back in

Turn it off completely and plug it in. Leave it charging for a minimum of 20 minutes (up to a few hours if the battery drained fully). Make sure the charge light comes on! Do not try to power on the device for use until at least 20 minutes have passed.
