The Arvada West Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, September 26^th from 8:00-11:00pm.  See below for important details regarding purchasing tickets and deadlines:

Student Tickets

• Purchase your dance ticket on GoFan (Arvada West HS Activities).
• Cost: $25 in advance | $30 day of dance.
• Use a student ID number as the Access Code.

Guest Tickets $25

• Pick up a paper Guest Form in the Main Office. (limit 1 guest per student).
• Submit the completed form to the Main Office by Wednesday, Sept. 23rd at 3:30 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS!!).
• Once approved by Administration, an Access Code will be sent to the student's school email address to purchase the Guest Ticket on GoFan. Submit forms early to avoid delays.

 Attending Arvada West dances is a special tradition, and we want as many Wildcats as possible at this year’s Homecoming Dance!  To help everyone stay on track for success, eligibility will be based on the following guidelines:

• Academic Eligibility: Grades will be checked at the end of the day on Monday, Sept. 14th . Students with more than one failing grade ("F") will have one full week to raise their grades and regain eligibility.
• Behavior Expectations: Students must remain in good standing, as major disciplinary infractions will result in ineligibility.

Senior Yearbook Photo Deadlines & Submissions

• October 17, 2026: Senior Portraits & Bios Due

• November 1, 2026: Dedications, Tributes & Baby Ads Due
