         AWEST PROM IS GOING WILD! 

 This year's is theme 'A Night in Rio' and it's all happening at the Denver Zoo on Friday, April 24th from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.  Tickets are $50 and can be purchased on the GoFan app.

Each Arvada West Junior & Senior is allowed to bring one guest to Prom. Guests must not be in middle school or over 21 years of age.   Guests from other schools need to complete a Dance Guest Permission Form.  The completed form is due back to the Main Office by 3:30 Tuesday, April 21.  Guest Permission Form

Juniors and Seniors: If you are bringing an Arvada West 9th or 10 grader, please fill out the Google Form. AWest 9th/10th Guest Form.

Once your guest form has been approved, you will be emailed an access code to purchase your guest ticket on the GoFan app.

Prom Expectations

Prom is a privilege, and student behavior plays an important role in determining eligibility to attend. To remain eligible for prom, students must adhere to our school’s behavior expectations. This includes, but is not limited to:

No use or possession of drugs or alcohol

No fighting or physical altercations

No multiple vaping offenses

No behaviors that are not aligned with our school culture or pose a safety risk to others

Students who are not eligible to attend Prom will be notified directly by their Dean.  We want Prom to be a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone. Please continue to talk to your student about making positive choices and review these prom expectations.  Please reach out to your student’s Dean if you have questions about their eligibility.
