I am in my 26th year of teaching and being the head gymnastics coach at Arvada West. I am a alumni of Arvada West and lettered in Pom, Gymnasts, and Track and Field. Rock on Class of 89". I have a Bachelor Degree from Metropolitan State University and a Masters Degree from Colorado Christian University.
