Mrs. Dryer

Dryer

Welcome! My name is Angela Dryer, and I have been teaching since 2009. I worked in Gifted and Talented education for 7 years and now my home is AWest. I graduated in 2009 from CSU with a BA in Performing Arts, a minor in English and a MA in English Education. My goal for students is to get them to think for themselves.  If they do not question me and the world around them, than I'm not doing my job.

In addition to spending every waking moment reading papers, I have been the musical choreographer for Lakewood High School since 2003, and currently hold a Member-at-large position on the Colorado Language Arts Society Board, which is affiliate with the National Teachers of English.

Outside of school, I spend my time trying to keep up with my two little girls, dancing, cooking Italian food, reading, learning about and questioning the world around me.

I look forward to working with each student (and parent) this year. If you have any questions or concerns, please never hesitate to email me.
